Returns and Size Exchanges
In the event that the User wishes to make a return or change size, for reasons not dependent on errors by the Owner, the return shipping costs are always borne by the User.
The return is accepted by the Owner only after receiving the product and after verifying that it is perfectly intact.
The refund is guaranteed via the same payment method used when placing the order.
The refund will be credited 1-2 working days after receiving the return.
In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must never have been worn!
The product must be returned with the following elements: original box, accessories and especially the seal still attached. Otherwise, the return or exchange will be refused.
The item must be protected by double packaging (the original package or a special cardboard box).
Inside the package you must include the return form that you can request by email at resi@myplaceroma.com
Once your return has been examined and validated by our teams, our customer service will send you a refund equal to the value of the initial order using the payment method you used to make the purchase.
Please note: We do not accept exchanges on socks, clothing and cleaning kits.
If the return is rejected by our team, it will be possible to have the product returned; however, you will have to pay the shipping costs.
