These products come directly from our network of professional suppliers and partners around the world, which sometimes explains the lengthening of some delivery times.

They have never been worn and come in their original box with all accessories.

How do you source products that are sold out in all traditional stores and sites?

Here's the answer: most of the products sold on MY PLACE ROMA come out on the market in limited quantities and are often not available in the required size in physical stores and on brand websites in a very short time.

Our goal: to make sure that these products are always available to you, and that you can purchase them with complete peace of mind and without worries.

To do this, we have created a network of partners who are experts in selling these products to allow you to find them even weeks, months or even years after their release date.

Are the products new? Do they show signs of wear?

All products sold on MY PLACE ROMA are new.

Our team always ensures that the products are in perfect condition and do not show any signs of wear or significant manufacturing defects.

In addition, each product comes with its original packaging and additional accessories (laces, etc.). Any signs of wear on the outer box are due exclusively to carelessness on the part of the couriers.

Shipping and delivery
When will I receive my order?

We deliver our products directly to your home via the main national couriers.

Our order processing times average 3 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for orders placed within Italy.

Products marked with the wording “EXPRESS” are delivered within a maximum of 5 working days.

These products are already in our warehouses and have already been checked and authenticated by our experts.

If your order includes multiple products, they will be shipped individually based on the date they are received at our office, so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel an order by contacting our customer service via Whatsapp. If the shipment has not yet been shipped, we will handle it immediately, if the shipment has already been shipped, you will only have to wait for the order to be delivered and carry out the classic return procedure.

Can I ask for a refund?

Of course! Once you receive the product, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving the package, taking care to respect the conditions for returns.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

In order for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

The product must never have been worn!

The product must be returned with the following elements: original box, accessories and especially the seal still attached. Otherwise, the return or exchange will be refused.

The item must be protected by double packaging (the original package or a special cardboard box).

The return form must be included inside the package and can be requested by email at resi@myplaceroma.com

Once your return has been examined and validated by our teams, our customer service will send you a refund equal to the value of the initial order (excluding the return management fee of €10) using the payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note: We do not accept exchanges on socks, clothing and cleaning kits.

If the return is rejected by our team, it will be possible to have the product returned; however, you will have to pay the shipping costs.

What determines the price of products?

Each price proposed by MY PLACE ROMA is periodically updated.

This price depends on the model, size and its current market value.

Our mission is to ensure that these products are always available at the best price.

The price indicated is the final price. There are no additional costs to add at the time of payment, the only costs to be paid are those of shipping (in case the order is less than €350) and any return.
